Also having trouble finding a replacement shelf since insignia isn’t a big brand like Samsung or whirlpool

It started to make a very annoying noise but when I had geek squad come out to look at it they didn’t even touch it. They said “that’s how insignia makes their refrigerators”. So I took it back and almost 2 weeks later I got my refund. Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend this to anyone.
