    The Shelves are too Fragile. and it takes much too long to have them replaced by the store agents. They do not return calls on the broken items and take a long time to find the items or replace them. Please tell why this is so ????.

    Not happy with this Insignia refrigerator, makes strange noises, had door handles changed, and was off balance, had to have them come out 2x. No back covering on electric components in lower back.

    Delivered with scratches i think from the delivered guys.i cheked my cameras and they just literally dropped it from truck to the ground using the rear bumper of the truck to slow down the box. Terrible delivery otherwise so far so good .

    We purchased this Insignia fridge and had it shipped to us in Dec 2022. It was working fine up until the summer. However, we were lucky to have an active manufacturer warranty to cover us and got it replaced. We’re are hoping it will work for a long time.
