But I was told that the door’s could be changed to open the opposite way. Which was not the case and when I called, they said I would have to purchase a kit so that was a little annoyed.

I appreciate the airflow vents, especially in the freezer. They are in such a way that won't be blocked when food is shoved against them. Also, the sides match the front (gray) which is a better design than other fridges. The only downside is the bins are a little fragile, I'm hoping they won't break.
