Delivery was speedy and efficient. It did have a couple minor imperfections on the top and bottom doors, but Best Buy offered a gift card or have replacement doors delivered and installed. We decided to take the 25% off purchase price since we can live with it as is.

However, it didn't cool down to the "safe zone" on the two refrigerator thermometers I bought. I believe it was improperly installed, since the installer (a third party company hired by Best Buy) told me it wasn't necessary to replace the existing water line with the new stainless steel line I had bought. I don't know if this caused damage somehow that affected the cooling ability, but I didn't want to worry about food safety after buying a new refrigerator. I returned it and bought an LG refrigerator from another store. I wish Best Buy would hire their own delivery and installation crew and ensure that sufficient training has been achieved.

Feels like such a high end product. I love the Insignia brand. Just became a first time homeowner and didn’t have a whole lot of extra funds to spend on the fridge but this has been perfect!

Perfect size fridge

It’s bigger than a typical apartment fridge but not too big to fit in our small kitchen. Doesn’t easily finger print like most stainless steel, easy to clean and looks very sleek.

my first fridge i bought by myself

I bought the Insigna 18 cu ft and love it. it is just enough for me. love my purchases with BestBuy, great deals all the time.

I really like the divisor inside, making fruits fresher, and a separate drawer for dairy. The only minor detail is the outside gets dirty easier.

Good fridge strange noise

However, it makes a weird high pitched noise. I researched and found out it is a common characteristic of this particular model. Aside from that it works well and gets the job done

I ordered this one from Best Buy and got it installed as well as having them remove and dispose of my old one. This fridge is great, has plenty of room and the inside is wonderful.
