This fridge came with the right door unable to close fully. Filed for another exchange but the waiting time is outrageous!

I had a refrigerator delivered today that was damaged and couldn’t be installed. I now have to wait until March 11 because of this error and was told I won’t even get a credit on my bill. This is a terrible customer experience.

Replacement for Samsung that quit in a blizzard

The problem was the compressor which just stopped working. Just as we were getting a blizzard. Samsung said that it would take 2 weeks for a technician to look at it. Unfortunately, milk had spilled through the refrigerator and left a terrible smell. We went to Best Buy and had a great customer service representative. He was patient and professional Even after my wife had given him the wrong dimensions for the space. We returned to the stone the next day and he was available and offered us a replacement. So far so good

Creativity helps with this, bought some drawers on Amazon to help with storage. Have a deep freeze in basement which helps offset tight freezer space. Nice ice maker and great tasting water though
