Could be operator error but low risk on something less than $30. Would be careful if you have the lock nut option. Also, you do have to take down the TV.

I purchased this similar mount for my smaller Yamaha sound bar and I love it. Works with no issues. The reason I gave it a low start is because my Vizio sound at is too wide and heavy to secure to the mount. The plastic shelf mount is also not strong enough for the size and weight. I returned this mount and will try to make the included mounts work.

The idiot in the store shipped it halfway across the country to the wrong address. I had to buy another one and verify the address myself online, so it was delayed and we couldn't install when convenient.
