The idiot in the store shipped it halfway across the country to the wrong address. I had to buy another one and verify the address myself online, so it was delayed and we couldn't install when convenient.

Bottom brackets are half plastic, sink downwards under the weight of the soundbar. Screws to secure the expanding bracket block access to screw hole for sound bar.

Went to the store and manager was incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Treated me like I was less than a person. Horrible experience. Would give negative stars given the loss I’ve take with this purchase with the trip to the store and time wasted.
