Old USBs can cause interference/noise with dongle but with bluetooth that is gone. Mic sounds clear yiu can hear a bit the comoresion but works great for school and gaming again for entry this is a great headset.

Surround was not as good as others i have tried. Main issue is, #1 they are small for my normal sized head #2, the transceiver interferes with my mouse and freezes it up off and on while gaming. I am returning this one.
