I thought it may have just been the computer I was trying it on. Tried using it with my phone. Just as bad. I haven't had a Bluetooth device this susceptible to interference in years

Why am I giving them one star? Because they have this literally game breaking flaw. They shut off automatically when you are in the middle of gaming. I've researched this online and apparently they feature an auto-shutoff when there is no detected activity. For some reason when playing games these gaming headphones don't detect noise and they may shut off after 30 minutes. Sometimes it doesn't happen and it is great. But too often it does. It is infuriating when you are in the middle of an intense battle and *bleep* ...no sound. There is still no fix and it is well documented online. I've tried the many fixes and even windows acknowledges this in their troubleshooting forum. Nothing has worked.
