I am sorry that the G435 is not working as expected. I suggest you update the firmware. Go to Logitech's website, and under support look for your device, then click on Downloads. missing the usb

Posted .Hello, Betty! I'm sorry to hear about your grandson's experience with the G435 headset! The headset's USB receiver should be in the top of the packaging with the USB-C charging cable. The G435 is also Bluetooth enabled. To put the G435 into pairing mode, push and hold the mute button on the base of the left ear cup until the light turns dark blue. Then, push and hold the mute and power buttons at the same time until the dark blue light starts blinking. Now it is ready to pair. You will want to be in the connection settings on the device your grandson wants it paired to. DO NOT BUY FOR NINTENDO SWITCH

Not for gaming with Nintendo switch

While my PC did show that the mic was working, this item is listed as a gaming "headset" for the Switch. That is not the case. It connects fine via bluetooth to the Switch but that's it. The usb dongle doesn't work so no voice chat. Also, the sound is kinda flat compared to other headsets and these are extremely light. That may be a plus to some, but it made them feel flimsy and easy to break. Will be returning

Missing lightspeed usb adapter

Worst hearphones I’ve ever dealt with

It took forever to get them to connect just to update them. Forever to connect them to the Switch. And now the mic won’t even work for them in game. We tried everything. We are pretty tech savy people but we just cannot get these to work properly. Really wish they didn’t throw away the boxes so we could return them.

Posted .Hello Garbage, Very sorry to hear about the problems you're having connecting your G435 to your PlayStation 4. The G435 doesn't connect via Bluetooth to your PS4. You'll need to plug the LIGHTSPEED receiver into one of the USB ports of your PS4 and press the Power button on the headset for a minimum of 1.5 seconds to facilitate pairing. Faulty model?

Shockingly disappointed

Went to the store for headphones for a trip and out the box they wont connect to any devices. Tried 5 different. Ipad pro, Samsung, lg, tablet windows and even my pc. Just horrible. Never agaib will i buy so close to a important trip. Recipe for a letdown i guess.

It was Used!

HUGE Waste of Time and Gasoline! I would want Compensation, BEWARE!

Horrible microphone.
