Whenever I use these, video playback on my desktop suffers massive buffering problems, to the point where, in order to watch anything YouTube (for instance), I have to disconnect this and go back to my plug-in headphones. I can't recommend this personally, because it's not working for me. It may work for others.

Excellent quality gaming headset for the price, great range, and the ability to switch between USB and Bluetooth on the fly is great.

Broke within 1 year of light use. It worked well with pc, had blutooth and dongle connection. Overall not recommended due to quality.

I have the usb plugged and when I need to head out I just hold a button to swap over to Bluetooth and automatically connect to my phone . No need to be switching headphones

I absolutely love these headphones, id have no problems with them and they’re quite comfortable. However, they are pretty quiet when compared to headphones i used before, so i usually have to turn it up a little more while playing games.

These headphones are amazing. You can't beat the value and the price. Word of advice if you hit mute it turns on side tone, which is when you hear everything in your room in the headphones.

They work really well and actually farther than I expected. I can have my school work or meeting on in my bedroom and be in the kitchen and they still work.

Very disappointed. Would not connect to the switch like it says it will. I even took the headset back 3 times, getting a different pair, hoping maybe the last ones were faulty. But nope, none of them would work. Then I went in store and asked for help, the young kids working didn’t even help. They told me I had to go online and install and update.. but wouldn’t do it instore even though I’ve been to bestbuy 3 times! An update or a brand new device, that I had to use a computer with! Get out of here. Do not recommend. Highly disappointed.

Best bang for your buck in terms of money/sound ratio. Would purchase again. Only complaint I have is battery life is a bit on the low side.

I've been using them daily for a few weeks now and they have a great range, mute button works well, and connecting/set-up was easy.

Never got the Bluetooth dongle to get recognized by Discord or my computer at large and I have the same brand keyboard/mouse. The hassle is moderate, but I'd probably get it again just for use with my phone. Good for videos/shows and for phone calls.

Really comfortable, fits my smaller head size, easy to connect, good product for the price - appreciate the value.
