In order to use your headset on your PS5, you will need to plug the Lightspeed USB receiver into one of the USB ports on your PS5. Then, on your headset, make sure that it is in Lightspeed mode (cyan) and not Bluetooth mode (dark blue) by holding down the "mute mic" button until the light changes color. Good headset for work

The setup process was easy and when I take calls, it sends clear. Also, it is easy to turn the volume up and down and the mute button is within reach. For the price they do the job.

If yes, try with a different USB charging cable or cradle and connect to a different power source or test with a different PC, Mac or mobile device. Versatile gaming headset
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The G435 is a good pair of entry-level gaming headphones with some great wireless features and audio support for Dolby Atmos, Windows Sonic, and Temptest 3D AudioTech. With the addition of Bluetooth support, you’re now able to pair them with your mobile device. Overall audio sounded great, there’s a nice amount of bass to bring out those sound effects. Volume does get up a decent level but still left me wanting some more out of it. Games like Wipeout that have a good soundtrack sounded good with the mixture of music and game audio effects. For online multiplayer like Call of Duty and Fortnite no mic complaints even with some background noise. Some of the extra features I like were the ability to set the max volume to 85db (useful to protect kid’s ears) and turned on/off the sidetone. With the built-in mics no worries of them being damaged. Battery life is very with up to 18hrs of playback. Charging is done via a USB Type C port. No longer need to keep that old micro USB cable around. Unfortunately, the USB C port does not audio over a wired connection. There are a lot of good features that the G435 brings to the table for the asking. There are some more affordable headphones out there but they don’t bring half of the features you get from the G435. Long story short the audio was very spotty. We had to change the usb port a few times per day to try and resolve the audio cutting in and out. Ultimately returned them.
