I uninstalled in the desk top computer-then with full battery I turned it back on and did add new blue tooth in settings and they were not discoverable. I returned them to Best Buy.

Not the absolute best build quality, but overall a very good product. Would only look for them on sale. MSRP is $280 but when I got mine, they were $129.99 on a black Friday deal. I've seen them $150 all the time. Do not buy full price

I am glad to purchase this because the sound quality is amazing and the noise canceling feature is very good. I am not still not a fan of touch control but it will grow on me eventually.

Some songs that I thought sound good sounds great with these headphones. It is so clear, crisp and the bass just hits different. My complaints are : can't sleep with them on because you can accidentally change the volume or change the track when you turn your head. Also, I wish the noise cancelling would cancel out more noise. Still happy with my purchase !!
