Really like that I cannne connected to 2 devices at once. First over the ears headphones so getting use to the pressure, but not horrible. Good sound quality when I am on the phone and others can hear me no problem.

These are about perfect out of the box for balance. In spite of the product name and some reviews I have read, the bass is not exceptionally high; it just doesn't really need adjusted. The noise cancelling is more like noise quieting, but that was expected and welcome.

But they don’t get loud to the level of other headphones, noise cancellation isn’t great, and they randomly cut out and completely shut down out of nowhere. Makes a bzzzt sound and then nothing. It’s strange.

It’s super muddy and the added bass drowns out vocals. If you’re not super picky these will do the job but if you have the money I suggest looking for other options.

These Sony headphones are comfortable and sound great at home! Bluetooth easily paired, and setup went well including the Sony apps available for your phone. Firmware was automatically updated on first use and battery life thus far has been great. I charged for about 2 hours before using and have used for about 10 hours now with noise cancelling. Hoping to get the stated 20 more (30 hours with NC on). A surprising find was how good they worked on phone calls. My picky call recipients said I sounded as good or better than my go-to boom headset I use for conference calls. Nice job! I like the case and audio jack cord that came with - but they could have provided something a bit longer than the 6" USB C type charging cord. What were they thinking? Oh well, I have another cord I can use. Sound for music is exceptional, strong bass and full sound. Very excited to wear these more.

The active noise cancelation works well, a little too well. I found it a little disturbing. Also had a bit of a low frequency hum in it.

You do have the option to adjust the CLEAR BASS function and equalizer of the headphones through the Sony Headphones Connect app. This will help you tailor-fit the sound quality to your needs.
