Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the XB910N. It's unfortunate that one side of the headphones is not working. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
These steps may help resolve the issue:
-Make sure to also try multiple sources.
-Pair the headphones again with your source device.
