Sony wireless noice cancelling headphones

I couldn’t wear them for very long because they hurt my head, so I had to take them off during the flight. I was hoping to use the headphones to help me go to sleep, but I couldn’t wear them again.

Broken in less than 4 months.

Both pairs cracked in the same location and Sony is refusing to replaced. They told me I could take it to the only repair center located in the US in NY. I live in NC. Will never buy a Sony product again!
