The sound quality is the best of any others I have owned. The controls are easy, even for an old guy. Fold easily to fit in nice travel case.

This is my 2nd pair of NC headphones and both from Sony and Bose have had fatal bugs. This one acts up again and it's getting returned

Bad Attempt at Making Budget Headphones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Muddy sound that unfortunately cant be fixed with eq because these headphones simply cant do anything besides bass. battery life is ok at best. these were obviously made as the "budget" version of the xm1000s. noise cancelling barely cancels anything out, the app also has plenty of useless features for you to play with, such as the dynamic noise cancelling depending on your location (you could just simply press the button instead of relying on a gimmicky feature.) i dont recommend these at all. the 7 dollar sony earphones you find at an airport or gas station have a far better sound quality.

right side speaker stopped working

We regret to hear that one side of the headphones is not working. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
These steps may help resolve the issue:
-Charge the built-in battery sufficiently.
-Make sure to also try multiple sources.
-Pair the headphones again with your source device.

Not worth it!!
