It works for 1 minute, then loses internet connection. I've worked with Lenova Tech Support ensuring all USB drivers are up to date and that the energy saving funtions are off, so that it wouldn't turn the USB adapter off and lose connection. Still the problem persists! The device does not come with its own drivers either. Tried everything we could to resolve the issue to no avail. Make sure this product is compatible with your device before purchasing. I'm having to eat the cost of this purchase due to the fact it's now 2 days after the return policy date of 14 days. I'm completely unsatisfied with this purchase and the time and effort it has cost me trying to get this product to work. It is the 3rd Insignia USB C-Ethernet adapter that I tried, that has failed.

Great concept, maybe its my puter that's having issues.......

Windows would not recognize it until I forced an update to drivers FROM the internet. Otherwise, it's been on for about two weeks, and it seems to work well for internal network.
