One of the best purchases i’ve ever made

Bought with the kit lens (28-70mm) and was very impressed how well this thing shot straight out of the box on auto settings. I’ve since gone lens crazy and have found more ways to push this camera whether it be landscaping, astro, portrait photography or streaming/vlogging. I highly recommend this camera for the beginner up to pro photographer/videographer.

Great camera

I went to Bestbuy because I wasn't sure on brand or model. When I asked for a knowledgeable sales agent they paired me with Kenneth. He begain my education with helping me understand the importance of the image sensor and then brand. Photography is a passion for him so his knowledgeable showed through. Good/Great Value Right Now!

For the price it's a very good value for what I am doing. The A7 V, while superior, would have been $1200 more and I am not ready to commit to that. NOTE: Do not update the firmware immediately!

The Sony Alpha I've Been Waiting For

The tap to focus option with live tracking of human/bird/animal is very fast and accurate and has given us some really sharp photos on moving subjects. The hand feel is large for my hands especially with a larger lens but my husband loves it. I am happy with the buttons to switch between photo and video and maintain separate presets, much more friendly than other setups.
