It is a clunky system and requires extra steps and effort to use. My wife can’t use it because it is too complicated to use the remote and the sound bar I purchased separately from Amazon.

It kept telling me that it was having trouble loading. Also several times it said that when there was high volume of usage, the shows would not be smooth. One time there were 2 sounds from 2 different channels coming at the same time.
