    Kids tv, we don't really like them. They have bad sound quality and connection issues they have many problems.

    The remote is unpredictable. The design of the remote it self is difficult to hold on to, while using it.

    Poor picture quality, very blurry, useless as a computer monitor or for gaming. The "smart" TV functions are frustrating. Very slow and a lot of input lag on the menu. The TV will turn itself back to the home screen anytime it is turned on, so it will not stay on a selected input. Requires an Amazon account sign in just to use the TV. Would not recommend this to any person for any reason at all. Insignia was my go-to brand for inexpensive TVs, but not after this.

    Tv glitches from time to time but it’s overall good. I use it to watch DVDs only or as a game monitor. I would guess the apps work just fine though.

    Returned TV. Worked fine for a few days. Then periodically it would not turn on when we turned it on and it would not turn off when we turned it off. All of a sudden the Netflix sound would come blaring out of it when the TV was not on and no one was near any of the remotes. The TV was returned.

    Ergonomics not so good. Picture for the price good. Had for three weeks then picture failed, lines up and down screen. You get what you pay for. Luckily it failed 2 days before the 30 day limit. Poor quality and cheap components. Returned a replaced itwith a much better brand. More expensive bet better then a 24 onch paperweight.

    Do NOT purchase unless you want to spend all your time on Amazon! This tv doesn't allow you to do anything without going through Amazon. You can't download apps & watch without using Prime Video subscriptions. We subscribe to apps on our ROKU TVs that we want to access on this tv but we can't. I bought 2 of these for bedrooms & we're trashing both of them

    bought the Tv in April and by June DISH diagnosed that my Insignia as unworkable/kaput. In setting it up the legs were difficult to attach due to no threads for screws to follow. No Insignia ever again. I had had a small Insignia for 13 years and it was never a problem until it gave out.

    We arent an Alexa household so its a bit annoying dealing with the interface. Just get me to the Chromecast
