i can't get this thing to work...no idea how to fix this!

Great little tv for the price . Great picture and easy to operate. Only drawback is the remote control but if you are familiar with amazon firestick it is about the same

My first small (24") smart TV and I like it very much. The picture quality is great. It was simple to set up and it is very light, so it is easy to move to any location.

Nice picture and sound quality. Setup time was poor. 'Don't need all the extra links, especially Amazon. There should be a way to by pass all that crap. No ON-OFF button, remote required always :(...VERY SMALL CHANNEL ID PRINT just left of center screen :(...;should be in upper right corner in BOLD, not obstructing picture view. Can't I I just turn ON the TV to last channel viewed without going through a bunch of useless cruddy prompts?? Overall, picture and sound are good. What's up with all the sign logos on remote?...Not enough English speaking Americans anymore or is it too expensive to print English on a remote??

we love our new tv. just the right size for our bathroom. The picture is very good. And it was so easy to set up. Highly recommend this tv

Since I don't like a TV that dominates the room and don't care for regularly scheduled shows, I streamed movies and shows on my laptop. This worked until I wanted to add Apple TV. I purchased this TV. set it up on my desk and now I can't imagine going back to watching on my laptop. The setup was easy, the picture is crisp and bright, the sound is adequate without using speakers and the price is great value for the money. And now I can watch Ted Lasso, Silo, and Foundation on Apple TV.

I'll get right to the point to say why I haven't given this product five stars. I use this product for receiving OTA signals and the sensitivity of the tuner is in fact impressive. My issue specifically is with the program guide not fully populating and not being able to view current and upcoming programming on some of the channels. I am in a strong signal area so the issue is not with reception as the picture quality is consistent and quite excellent. For instance, If you have a particular station in your area that has four or five sub channels and none of the program information shows in the programming guide, you have to go directly to one of those channels from the programming guide, wait a few seconds and then go back to the programming guide to view the other sub channels. If you scroll through the channels using the channel selector the guide will populate but the process is much slower and you have to view one at a time, but it is a workaround. It's an annoying and inconvenient limitation, but even knowing this in advance would likely not affected me to make this purchase. It's important to go through all the different tiers of settings for best performance of video and audio, there are many and this is a good thing as you can really optimize its performance. I use this in the kitchen to occasionally View programming while doing tasks in there, and even though I haven't rated the audio quality as excellent it is still quite good and considering the dimensions of the TV and the limitations of speakers to fit Within that footprint , it's really four and a half Stars. All in all I'd say it would be extraordinarily challenging to find a product at this price point with this level of performance in the market anywhere and my last four purchases from Best Buy have gone extraordinarily smooth from them having a superb website, having thought out all the variables to make the experience Superior to the fact that I received all deliveries within 2 or 3 days, that's impressive! Best Buy has become my default retailer for electronic related purchases and has put the big A in the backseat.

So how do you disguise the ugly black screen taking up half your wall? You don't! This Samsung is absolutely amazing. the pre-installed art is great and changes with the light coming into the room. It truly looks like a piece of hanging art if you aren't watching tv. We ended up getting the gold magnetic frame for this tv and install couldn't have been simpler. You can't really mess up magnets that are meant to fit together. The wife loves it, and I love it for the picture quality and refresh rate as well. This comes with a mount that sits flush to the wall and doesn't stick out any further than a framed piece of art. Component hookup couldn't be easier with only a single (thin - about the size of a headphone cord) cord plugged into the tv and all component cords get hooked into a box from that one cord. Display is crystal clear; artwork display looks like you can feel the brush strokes; and if you rather post one of your own pictures, it looks wonderful as well. A little pricier than other TV's in the same category, but the reason is clear! I've had this for a few months now and couldn't be happier. Artwork changes on our mood or holiday schedule and one button switch-over to tv is simple and fast. Oh, did I mention that the remote is rechargeable? Yep, no more batteries. And if you don't want to plug it in, just flip the remote over and leave it under a light so it can charge by solar power. After about 3 months, I still haven't had to charge it up. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a high quality TV that disguises itself as art.

Bought this because of price & good reviews. It has exceeded my expectations, the set up was easy. I’ve delayed review to give time to confirm my initial thoughts but it still continues to impress me the longer I’ve used. I would definitely recommend this product. User friendly & beautiful picture.

Bought this tv 2 months back on Open Box Excellent. I had a little hesitation to buy Open Box, but I couldn't be happier with this tv. Only thing that was "wrong" with it was the screws for the feet were missing. Yeah because 4 screws weren't there I got $30 off. The tv has a great picture. Only knock on it is the volume, but as we all know modern tv's don't have the best built in speakers. Overall I would give this purchase a 10 out of 10 and would definitely consider buying more Open Box items.

I got this TV when it was on sale for a low price. It is better than people might imagine. Ths sound is good and the picture is very good for what it is. It does try and get you to join amazon to use the apps on it I believe. But there are ways around this using other streaming sticks. So over all happy to have it and works very well for small kitchem TV, YA!

This is perfect for setting up in my son’s room when he has friends over to play switch. And then very easy to put away or take on the road. Best $65 I ever spent. It’s not 4K but as it is a smart TV, things like Netflix or Disney are easily accessible

Arrived very quickly. The packaging and TV were in perfect condition. The picture quality is excellent sharp bright. Better quality than I expected for the price. I easily mounted it and set up my streaming service myself. Small TV for kitchen.

Pretty solid quality in picture and sound. I guess my one note would be about the legs it stands on. I bought this for the size, but I wish it was on a single rectangular base centered under the screen. These legs limit tables I can place it on, but that’s okay. I made it work. I’d buy again if needed.
