We are never dissatisfied with our television purchases from Best Buy, in fact all but one of nine TV’s in our home are Best Buy, and I’ll be looking to trade that in soon! Their Customer Service is also top notch!!!

Before to buy I read many reviews and was worried about the quality of this TV. Many times I changed my opinion, but I risked to buy and do not regret during one month. How long it will be work so good the time will show.

The tv is light and portable, connected to Wi-Fi with no problems. It has lots of choices for entertainment and you can download just about any app for streaming. For the price it’s a great deal.

Host lots of fights , basketball games at home , so we never miss any of the action. Comes in handy when wife decides to join in on a shower , play music videos to set the mood and comes in handy when you taking a bit longer on the toilet.

This brand as well as many others have the worst remote control. Each of them have unique quirks: start up, selection delays, command delays, screen freezes, etc. None of them significant and can't be remedied with a restart. Since it will occur on one but not another is proof it is not my server. Nevertheless I was comfortable buying 3 for myself and 2 as gifts over about a year's time. I have never owned any like product before so I can't offer a comparison.

Decent screen, decent sound, and a smart tv. Don’t expect oled level performance, but for $65, it works. There isn’t anything that is frustratingly bad, like some knock-off phone from wish.com.
