    I did a deep research to buy a new refrigerator for more that I month, I my final decision was for this one and I don't regret, the refirgerator is beafutil and works like a charm,

    Faulty filter system. They won’t help and know it

    I’ve had problems with this refrigerator from day one! I’ve had to have the filter compartment serviced every 6 months because it leaked after changing it. The filter compartment where it’s housed has been replaced twice. It’s leaked to a point of causing flooding in my kitchen all the way to my office. Best Buy refuses to replace the fridge. The last time they said I didn’t push it in far enough. That’s a lie because it wouldn’t connect if it wasn’t. Samsung refrigerators are horrible! Best Buy’s customer service is worse. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND! And do not trust the warranty. You still end up coming out of pocket after 1 year.

    Temperature Differences

    The refrigerator has different temperature zones as I put a thermometer where my milk spoiled two times. The reading on the thermometer was at 50 degrees when the setting was set to 37 degrees automatically.

      Items with a lot of moisture can freeze in the refrigerator, mainly when the temperature settings are very low or when the items are placed near the back and bottom of the compartment.     Has so much room from top to bottom. The soft serve drawer is amazing and I love the infuser pitcher that auto fills so you have a quick way to get more water.

    POOR QUALITY REFRIGERATOR

    A low quality refrigerator, it was bought two years ago, first the water dispenser failed, when I called the technical service they indicated that it was damaged and had a change cost of $800, I looked on the web for the part that cost $250 and had a video on how to change it and it was very simple, a few months later it began to defrost, the technical service came and indicated that some filters were damaged, they changed them and that is covered by the warranty, two weeks later it came back with the defrost failure, the technician came again and indicated that the refrigerator no longer worked, that is, it was totally damaged after just two years, now I am claiming the warranty with Samsung. A refrigerator that costs more than $3000 is a very bad machine. Draw your own conclusions.

    Came with a lot of dents, surface-wise that were unseen due to bubble seranwrap covering. I mean it know it was a couple hundred off, but still paid 1500 for it. Otherwise unit itself funtions great.
