We like it, but did like the ice maker and water dispenser in the door. It was the water line heater that broke and couldn't be replaced (in the old refrigerator). This one is working well and we have accomodated to the ice maker and water being inside the door and freezer.

My complaint is with the delivery and set-up. There seems to be miscommunication between the salesman and the delivery team. Eventually I was able to negotiate a resolution. ( $$$$)

All of our other major appliances are WHITE, including a 10+ year old Samsung 4 door refrigerator. Too much hassle to try and rectify. However, features are great, other than the color match.

They have the best employees on the floor for customer service very amazing.

I was not really interested in an auto fill pitcher but now I love it. Fill the coffee pot and glasses easily and still has bottle fill as well. The center drawer is very useful and versatile. So far so good! I would recommend.
