And they keep sending the same one everytime they have have to replace the old one. I am tired to be sending the same refrigerator back and have not got mine yet. And the worst thing is that I have to start paying for the refrigerator even I don’t have it. I have being communicating with Best Buy, customer service of the card, citi bank and they dont resolve nothing. Especially the citi bank people are the most bad customer service ever.

BB should advise buyers to check with plumbers 1’s

BB SHOULD SDVISE CUSTOMERS OF THIS POSSIBILITY I also bought a stove and I still don’t have it needs new valves as well….. did not foresee this problem therefore delivery is now scheduled for Jan 13

It’s been such a pain with not having a fridge for over a month Support has been brutal. Could have been just a lemon ??? We truly did like everything about it. It’s just been a struggle
