    Wrong Dimensions

    The fridge is fine so far, but I need to complain about the dimensions. It says in the spec that the overall height of the fridge is 70". In actuality, it is 70 3/16" so be aware. The extra 3/16" required me to cut the cabinet doors above the fridge by 3/16" for the fridge to fit under our cabinet. Best Buy refused to offer any reimbursement to have this done.

    Exchanged the large one for counter depth and both had issues with water dispenser . The 60 dollar filter does not make the water taste any better than tap water.

    Horrible customer service and professionalism. I had to reschedule 3 times to get my fridge installed. And it’s still not complete. Colored panels we ordered aren’t even available. The product itself is great. But so much headache to get it hooked up. I was in my new house for a week with my fridge just sitting in the garage waiting to be installed.

    This product is not worth the price we paid for it. Samsung is very difficult to deal with. I suggest if you purchase this refrigerator, purchase Geek Squad coverages largerest package. This is the second Samsung product we have purchased and it will be the last.

    Delivered with a damaged panel and it's been a headache getting a new one. Best Buy sends out a third party to change out the panel but they didn't order a new panel or give one to the delivery guys. The delivery people aren't Geek Squad. Finger pants show up immediately.

    Completely stopped cooling and freezing after two years. Geek squad cannot fix and we had to buy a new refrigerator.

    The entire experience was apocalyptic. Refrigerator never worked. I lost all my food. I had to clean the smelly mess all myself. Meanwhile fighting with best buy exercise some resolve. Long story short I purchased first week of Oct 2024 and they removed the DOA device today a month later.

    Bad product and worthless warranty

    This refrigerator makes a constant rattling or buzzing noise. Also the water pitcher will not autofill if it has the slightest condensation in the pitcher. The warranty is worthless as Samsung's service provider will not show up for their scheduled service appointments. Never buying Samsung again.

    We received our refrigerator and after it was hooked to water line, the filtered water picture began to over flow. Had to turn off ice maker as well. Still waiting on our replacement refrigerator. They did leave this unit until our new one comes in. The men that delivered went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

    Great Fridge, Tight Freezer

    Overall, I am pleased with this refrigerator. The refrigerator has plenty of space for groceries, and the AutoFill Water Pitcher is awesome. I like being able to quickly and easily refill my water pitcher without having to hold it under the dispenser. The two types of ice are also a great feature, and I appreciate having the option to choose between big cubes and small ones. The refrigerator's design is sleek and modern, and it fits well in my kitchen. The stainless steel finish is easy to clean and looks great. The only downside is the limited freezer space. However, this is not a huge deal as we will get an outside freezer to make up for it. I would recommend the Samsung BESPOKE refrigerator to anyone who has an extra freezer or plans to get one. It is a high-quality appliance that is both functional and stylish.

    good fridge sent a dented one then send another one with broken parts on the shelving. Best Buy getting sloppy no help on getting the replacement part

    I bought this fridge for the water dispenser and large storage capacity and it’s been fantastic! The water had a slight plastic-y taste to it for the first few pitchers, but it tastes much better now that we’ve cycled it a few times. This fridge has been awesome!
