Don't waste your money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Haven't had the fridge but a year and 3 months and the compressor is already having issues. Freezer won't get below 19 fridge stays at 39. Also isn't making any ice. Of course it's 3 months out of warranty but hopefully the compressor has a longer warranty, will be calling Samsung to find out. But wanted to let others know to spend your hard earned money on something that will actually last.

3rd time in 10 months that it has stopped working.

The first issue was 3 weeks after we got it so it was past the best buy return window and had to have it serviced by Samsung under the warranty. Took 10 days for them to fix it and we lost hundreds of dollars in food. Second problem was only with the freezer and that was over the summer. It was again repaired under warranty but again lost lots of food. It currently is not working again, they came to fix it and didn't have the correct parts. It has been nonfunctional for almost 2 weeks. They are coming back Tuesday to hopefully fix it. 3rd time i have lost hundreds of dollars in food and they won't do anything to compensate. Oh and they wont even consider a replacement until the repairs are complete! I am utterly disappointed in Samsung.

Awful customer service + Ice Machine Broken

Wait time for over 9 hours (3 p.m. to after midnight for a return text) - finally connected with them the following day and they slow walked a long string of steps for me to "troubleshoot" the fridge, only then to challenge the warranty (I'm 6 months after purchase). After arguing for 2 hours they finally scheduled a service

SAME YOUR MONEY

The refrigerator stopped cooling on 10/16/2023, less than 1 year after purchase. I contacted Samsung and they dispatch a technician to come out an assess the issue. The technician arrived onsite 10/18/2023 @ 8PM and determined we had a bad compressor. He stated he would be in contact with us when the part came in and come back out to install. We waited over a week (12 days) for him to come back out and install the part. On 10/30/2023 the new compressor was installed by a Samsung Technician. We let the refrigerator run and cool off for 24 hours as the technician told us. We contacted Samsung AGAIN on 11/01/2023 to report our ice machine was not working and we never had an issue before now. On 11/04/2023 the refrigerator STOPPED COOLING AGAIN and my groceries are ruin, yet AGAIN! 2 sets of groceries ruined due to a horrible appliance! This is ridiculous. Samsung has refused to refund me my money or replace the refrigerator. I will NEVER buy another Samsung!

Do not Recommend... Beware

Still waiting on warranty service for 2 weeks now.... Be regret in buying this refrigerator! I wish I could get a refund and buy a different brand. Do not buy unless you only want cold food for a little while.

Cooling issue after 2 months of purchase

Samsung sent someone out to fix it. Great it works! It is July and it is again not cooling. I've called Samsung they scheduled someone to come out, but they never showed the ticket was closed. I had to keep calling Samsung due to tech but coming out. It is finally the middle of August and someone comes out diagnosed the issues was a leak in the line. I had to wait another week for the parts to come in and now today the tech comes out and states that it is not repairable. Now I'm on the phone arguing with Samsung to get a refund. Customer service is horrible!!
