I am so happy with this refrigerator it has so much space. The autofill water pitcher is the best feature.

The space inside this fridge is amazing. i love how many ways i can store foods inside all of the compartments large medium and small. and its well lit so there are no dark spaces. the freezer is also so easy to pick and choose where i want certain things. and if im not happy i can reconfigure my set up with all the compartments there too. great ice maker and cold water pitcher is so convinient!!

We bought this refrigerator in the store on September 1, the sales representative was excellent! However, it took 4 different technicians to deliver, install and examine it without success. The last team told us that the fridge was defective and we had to return it. We had to hire our own plumber, outside of Best Buy to install it correctly, which we did and the fridge works great!

This refrigerator was recommended by my son. Though I didn’t get the one he described, I opted for this. I love it! Fit perfectly in the cabinets and runs well.

Refrigerator is great, (so far haven't had long) I like the 2 different size ice cubes. Freezer is bigger than I expected. Leveling was a tad frustrating. That's why 4 stars

The delivery of the refrigerator was professional. The refrigerator works well, and the setup to connect to the smart app was easy.

So far I am really pleased with this fridge. Storage is great, auto-fill pitcher is awesome. I love the option to change out the panels if we choose to down the line. The fridge also makes a sound after a certain amount of time to alert you if the doors are left open. A few cons I’ve noticed are the stainless steel model tends to pick up its fair share of fingerprints since it doesn’t have traditional door handles. Another con is that one of the drawers on the right side of the fridge requires both fridge doors to be opened in order to open the drawer.

Love this fridge! My favorite part is the ice maker and how you get two size cubes.

This is a great fridge! It has a lot of space in both the top and bottom. I love the clean look of the doors.

I am a Samsung products fan. All off the previous Samsung products I have bought never had an issue. If it did, it was resolved quickly. My fam wanted to update our fridge and we bought this together as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We like the size, design and features. I was even happy that it can connect to my cell phone. After one month of having it, it stopped working. The fridge wont stay cool for both Fridge and Freezer. I can't return it anymore since it is past the return deadline. Glad we got the warranty. Someone came to check on it today and he said, it's the compressor. Now, just waiting for it to be fix. Hopefully, will get someone soon.

I love my new refrigerator…. The water tastes fresh, there is always ice and plenty of room inside. The drawers are huge and finally everything fits and is in order.
