We especially love the easy to move shelves and the bottom freezer. No more kneeling on the floor to get things out of the back of the fridge! The delivery crew from Best Buy was fantastic! They even showed me how to remove the doors in the event I should need to!

Got "open box" ended up being a floor model, had a setting to not turn on the compressor. Had to have geek squad come out and change the settings. Which they did free.

Well and overpackaged with plastic and pad protected drawers wrapped. Does have a plastic cover on top of unit above door that prevents placement of items if too tall or may prevent proper fitment under a cabinet. Verify measurements.

I am more than happy with my Samsung Bespoke and love the additional room that I have with this one, especially since I'm hoping that it will last for at least 10 years.

This was a large fridge and we just bought the house so we stocked up. I didnt expect a fridge I just almost spent $2k on to break. After pulling teeth back and forth best buy agreed to replace it. It has been just over a year and the 2nd one is now broken with the same issue as the first. Samsung is telling me sorry youre out of the first year warranty period. That will be another $130 just to have someone come diagnose it for you. Im waiting for that to happen and I will probably cry if Im given the run around as to why it doesnt fall under a certain parameter. I just want to be refunded and get something different. This has been one of the worst experiences. Stay away from Samsung appliances.
