Not happy with my experience.

Got it home installed it on my wall mount only for it to say cannot pair with remote so nothing would work. Found a Best Buy slip inside the box stating the remote would not pair. So all they did was box it up do nothing to fix the problem and sold it to me knowing it wouldn’t work. Also the TV had no legs in the box so the only way to use it would have been to hang it on a wall. Anyways when I returned it the customer service person Nathan seemed annoyed to have to help me. Anyways I went and grabbed another TV same one but new this time. A sales person was gonna help me till he realized it was a return exchange then he lost interest and left me to help myself. Brought the new one to CS to finish the exchange. I was not told sorry about selling me a broke TV and was never told thank you for buying a new one. Again Nathan seemed put out like man I have to work. Guy barely said 3 words to me. Being I am a my Best Buy + or whatever they call it customer I expected way more from them.
