I just got this tv Dec 27 2024 already mess up stop working the screen

My TV loads slow since I purchased it and randomly malfunctions and starts to display menu drop down options And the volume is very low

This tv has given us trouble from day 1. We purchased it May 2025 now August 13th doesn’t work at all

Definitely do not recommend. I’ve only had this television for seven months and this is the screen now. I guess you get what you pay for.

This TV was great for about a week, then the lower third or so of the display started flickering on all inputs. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because Best Buy made returning the defective unit super easy.

Ordered and arrived defective, the screen was separated from the frame at the center of the top of the screen. Received a replacement quickly but that one was also defective with with pin dot orb dots on the display. They will not replace again and will take 8+ days for a refund on a gift card. Don’t recommend.

Literally had it for a little over a month and this green line just popped up. I have not moved it at all in the time that I got it, so there’s no explanation for this. Do not buy.

Plugged in, downloaded new software, when finished it was a grey screen of death. Bum tv, won’t buy cheap again.

Nice sized TV with clear pictures, plug and play easy set up for your favorite channels and settings. Thin and lightweight and fits well on the console. Remote is super easy to use.

Lightweight, durable, just attach legs with screws, easy to handle, easy screen cleaning, picture quality is excellent, as in crystal clear & definitely worth every penny!

This tv was very easy to set up and the quality of the tv is great. Remote is a fire stick remote so super easy to use and navigate. Highly recommend

I'm completely satisfied with this TV. The picture and sound quality are great, it's lightweight, intuitive to use, it doesn't creat a lot of heat and has performed flawlessly for the past six months. It's an economically priced tv with a large picture and seems like a quality item so far.

I went Black Friday shopping with friends and ended up walking out with this TV set. So happy I did. I just wanted a Fire TV for the living room and ended up with a much better picture and a much superior sound system on top of what I wanted. I didn't notice how much better the sound was until I started playing Spotify through the TV tonight. If you're not picky it seems to have a surround sound quality. I probably won't bother connecting the sound bar that I had to use with the other set. Easy set up too. As an aside, I'm still amazed at how light TV sets are these days. When I got home, I carried this to my second-floor apartment without breaking a sweat. And I'm not a young, fit person. LOL. With the sale knocking off $60, I'm really pleased with this purchase.

This was a open box. Perfect condition. Tv is a great size for my small guest room. It was very easy to set up. My husband mounted on the wall no problem. Fyi does not come with mounting bar. Super cheap to get, Especially because its a smallet size tv.
