    I purchased the tv back in December of 2024. It's May of 2025 and it's already gone out. The repair process is very difficult to navigate. My appointment was canceled by the technician and pushed out for a week. When I inquired about just getting a replacement due the ageof the unit, I was denied. I would not buy this brand ever again and probably will not shop with Best Buy either.

    I've been enjoying my first fire tv. This smart tv was on sale and was pretty affordable. I don't have a lot of experience with smart HD TVs, but I don't think this one supports HDR. My connected to my laptop, it says HDR is not supported. 42" is a nice size, but it's not huge. More for a bedroom or a small space still. Not really for a large living room wall. The TV has a lot of features and I'm still navigating all the things you can do with this TV.

    I have to give a 3 because I had to replace 1st one with another after only 5 months due to a batch made with faulty screens. I like the tv itself but I am a little worried as to how long this one will last. Lastly, if you plan on getting one of these PLEASE PLEASE purchase the extended warranty!
