I am not particularly picky, especially for what is essentially a guest TV. But it sounds so tinny! It has to be turned up ridiculously loud to even begin to hear dialog. I have had this for a few years with very little use an recently have had guests. Now it fails to turn on unless you disconnect the power a few times. Im looking for a new spare and will not buy this brand again.

With Alexa built in, it provides enough entertainment for it's budget. Great for a dorm or a single person looking for something basic.

I ordered an ‘Open Box - Excellent’ tier of this television as a Christmas gift for my daughter. It did not come with a remote. No biggie, I thought I would be able to contact Best Buy and just get a replacement. They’re saying that I have to purchase a new remote ($29.99) or return/exchange the TV set. Wouldn’t common sense tell you that they should just provide a replacement remote? This TV is impossible to set up without one. It’s such a hassle - and how embarrassing to have to take back something I already gifted because of an error that Best Buy won’t make right. It’s an outrage.

Put it in my home office and it looks great.

I have many smart tvs but this one comes with strange apps and finding Dish or Calm app so u can view is not east. Picture is decent wont buy another. The free trials, u have to give credit card to intiate. Now way. Let me try first, if I like I will subscribe. Wont buy another one. Sticking with Samsung or TCL.

It hasn't been too hard to get used to the user interface. It worked pretty well with the mount I bought with some minor adjustments.
