    I purchased this TV at the end of July 2024. It does not get used on a daily basis but rather once a week or so . Today, October 29, 2025 the screen has partialy gone out. Nothing hs changed . Not placement (it's mounted) not outlet, not wifi: nothing. It was good while it lasted but a year and a half being used only once or twice a week for no more than an hour at a time is worthless. Too bad because Insignia is usually a good private product line for Best Buy.

    Great price BUT only worked for 9 months and went out my son needs a whole new one tv. I don’t want to hear about a warranty because I shouldn’t need one after only 9 months!!!
