    This tv have a many problems. had problems with the image and now I can't see anything, it only has audio, I've only had it for eleven months and it's not used every day.

    This is a nice TV, but every day I have to power off the TV due to lip synchronized continually being off. I would have given a five star if I didn’t have the same problem every day :/

    Terrible TV! We bought this TV on April 15th, by May 19th of the same year the TV screen would not come on. Tried all of the troubleshooting tips, nothing. This TV was a complete waste of money! $160 for 32 days of entertainment, ridiculous. Oh, they only have a 2 week return policy, probably because they know it will barely last a month. I have bought many, many things from Best Buy and I was very disappointed with this purchase and return policy. Hopefully this will not be my last purchase...we'll see...

    It is without a doubt the worst tv I have ever had (if I could I would return it). I have had other insignia TVs that I loved that's why I bought this one thinking it would be great too, boy was I wrong. It will shut off if you leave it pause for more than 10 minutes. It also will randomly turn on all times of the day and night!!! (Yes I've googled both issues and other people are having them and can not fix them either).

    Cant connect to my disney plus account and takes about 3 minutes to start. Also instead of receiving the replacement for the 52” i ordered that never arrived i spent 20 minutes on the phone to receive a refund a week later with no explanation.

    60 days after purchase. there is a red line going across the top of my picture screen. I'm very disappointed because i trusted the reviews of others and assumed it was a good deal.

    You get what you pay for - cheap garbage

    The sound is very tinny and poor quality; my streaming box complains about the picture quality not being good enough (colors and depth issues); and worst of all, the TV loses the HDMI connection multiple times a day. I'm not buying another of these garbage Insignia products again.

    Becomes a paperweight after factory reset

    Have had this TV for a little over a year now and after the last reboot it got stuck in “pair remote” mode on startup. You cant get past that screen and its not the remote. Found out online A LOT of people have this issue and it basically becomes a paperweight. You CAN try and get it fixed by a service team, but because its 42” and below its only for at home repair. And the minimum for that is $129. A new 42/43” is usually $150. Not worth it.

    The TV continues to stall out and take long time to load its screen for viewing. I have to unplug it a lot. It is a huge inconvenience. I’m not one to return things at least I try not to be I’ll have to find time maybe one day to get there and return it I don’t know….

    Horrible service. Best Buy returned item without delivering. They never contacted me at all. This was for my son for his birthday that he saved money for. Two best buy gift cards were used totaling $150.00. I still have not been reimbursed for them and it has been over 20 days. I called yesterday and they said the gift cards reissued were lost. No one can give a straight response. And no tracking number on these gift cards. Horrible customer service.

    Very slow reaction time using the Amazon fire features. Constantly freezes on the menu making you have to restart it. Just using the other inputs now for video games.
