    Received Damaged and it shows package is in Anchorage on my Purchase list. Now they're not going to exchange the item because it shows delivered in the UPS system and DELAYED in my BestBuy account

    I bought this TV on August 12, and as of today, September 5, it’s already malfunctioning. There’s no warranty, so buying this product is a waste of money.

    Cheap junk. Tried several different streaming apps anytime a show or channel was selected the screen would blink and shake. Tried to factory reset with same outcome. Wasted a lot of time troubleshooting ended up returning to Best Buy. Will never buy and insignia tv again!

    Constantly freezes. Screen is messed up only on the right side. Half the apps never work. Sound quality is awful! Do not do no DO NOT buy this TV!

    I purchased this TV July 0f 2023, it is now October, and it won't turn on, the power just quit working on it. It's enticing to purchase because the price is cheap, but it's obvious that the cheap price comes cheap quality.

    Support on this TV is not good. I tried to activate the 30 free trial of FuboTv and it does not work. Best buy told me that I have to figure it out myself. Not what I was expecting from a brick-and-mortar store. Probably should've just used Amazon.

    No clue as to why, but it makes sense why it was an open box, tv is very slow, laggy when streaming anything, not the best you could buy for a good price.

    bought this tv from Best Buy as a Christmas gift after two days, it was having connecting to network errors. Returned it and upgraded spent an extra $130 and the new Vizio Tv has a DEAD PIXEL IN THE MIDDLE

    Took this back. Really poor picture quality and optical audio port didn’t work with my sound bar. Ended up buying a 43 inch Amazon QLED TV instead. Lesson learned: You get what you pay for
