I was looking for a 30"initially, but I saw this one for less. I love Insignia tvs colors. They are so vibrant and lifelike. Alexa is a good feature also. I had trouble getting the color adjusted initially; but after some use everything was fine. I guess it just needed time to adjust. In spite of the pros for this tv, unfortunately it quit after 11 months of service. First the picture went out and then the sound. Best Buy sent someone from Geek Squad to my residence (something I didn't expect) and I was extremely pleased that I didn't have to take this in myself due to the size. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and was a great help with getting a replacement. He did thorough testing to ensure my tv couldn't be repaired before suggesting a replacement. I appreciate the service Best Buy gives and this is the 2nd Insignia tv that I've purchased from them. I've owned the other one for 5 years now with no problem.

Easy set up and good sound. Great picture as long as you view from near the center. The color and picture deteriorate quickly when viewed from an angle. I use it in a small office. I wouldn't recommend for a larger room where several people will be watching from a wider angle.

Setup, installation of apps, and controls were very easy. The picture quality and volume are also clear and ceisp for this size tv. Ive bever owned a fire tv, but downloading new apps, settings, and menu setup are all very simple. Would purchase another!

It’s the perfect size for it. I also bought it to prepare ourselves to move away from cable TV. One of the things I don’t like is the remote doesn’t light up, so hard to use at night sometimes when you can’t read the buttons on it.

Sometimes will freeze up and load things properly or there will be a glitch that affects sound. However resetting the TV easily fixes these glitches. Great picture!

But I think it has great picture, and the interface is pretty easy to get the hang of. The sound isn't great but that's true of basically all televisions, and nothing a sound bar can't fix. All in all, I'm glad I purchased and would buy again.

I already own the older/smaller version and this was a huge upgrade for an amazing price. As with any TV, you should use a sound bar for best quality, speakers are average. Very easy to adjust the screen, timer etc...
