They did not try to upsell. When I asked for something better, they were helpful. I purchased this fireTV the same day. They even loaded it into my vehicle. I highly recommend this Best Buy.

TV Often Needs resetting for antenna channels

It is a fair tv for the price, but I've found that it often has to be reset by unplugging to get my antenna tv channels. They go out suddenly. I cut the cable cord more than 6 years ago and use antennas. I had been using attached Fire products and that's why I bought this tv with the internal Fire programming. It is really inconvenient to move my console, get behind it and unplug the tv to reset. I would love it if there was a reset button on the back, side or bottom, but there isn't. BTW, I don't have the same issue with any of my other 3 tv's.

My tv is my newest best friend

Once i connected my wifi there were endless possibilities with this tv. Im still finding out new things to on it. I love the picture quality and the sound is amazing but when i hook up the surround sound its like im in the movie theaters. I will purchase 2 more of these tvs for the other rooms in my house and i cant wait.

You do have to have the volume a little louder than other TV's. Picture is great.
