Wrong bestbuy account used

Seems someone used my bestbuy rewards account to buy their tv. No harm no foul but I have the receipt and the info for the warranty they purchased. I sent a text to the number on the receipt offering to send along the info but never got a reply

I only buy my items brand new from Best Buy and don’t have any problems, most of bad comments I see about electronics come from people buying open box… you get what you pay for.
