Picture and sound are better than average at this class of TV. Well-packed and easy to get out. Leg assembly was straightforward. Setup was easy... there was a lengthy update process but you just have to sit through it. The FireTV apps cover just about anything you could want to stream, which is great.

It’s great size and I love the colors and brightness. Very good sound as well. I would recommend this since it’s such a good price. Also when I picked it up, the girl was so nice helping me out.

I have the sane tv and bought this one for my elderly mom now she doesnt have a high cable bill and so many channels and only downloaded 2 apps so far . Delivered the same day as ordered thabks best buy

However, it is a firetv with Alexa capabilities. We got the wrong remote. There is no mic feature. Now I have to go back to the store hoping they will be able to get me the correct remote. Can't get Alexa to work without it. :-( Otherwise the picture is great and the sound too.

The voice commands on the remote make accessing your favorite app and/or show very easy. The picture quality is pretty good also. Decent blacks and vivid colors. Cant ask for a better TV in this price range.

So we need to set up an account along with credit card. (Thatvis the bad part) in order to work. If you have more money available but a better more free of accounts tv.

The sound is outstanding. Really recommend it. Quick navigation to apps. Only one glitch which I noticed - when you turn off the TV directly in TV button instead of remote, it won't turn off. You need to unplug and plug in the TV. Then it works.
