Even after updating firmware, and troubleshooting it with various online guides. Only hope now is to check with manufacturer. Audio quality was great while it lasted and external audio pass through is an ingenious design. But I did find the battery to be lacking in some departments Overall dairy upset with the lack of durability of these earbuds as well as how long they lasted for especially for over $200

The buds would not stay in my ears even after trying every size ear piece. The charge does not last as advertised. On a full charge after 15 minutes of use they were already at 75%. The sound quality and ability to block tapping are the only positive about them. My suggestion add a lip to secure it to the ear. They cost too much to lose.
