    Bluetooth reception

    The bluetooth reception is extremely wack. I would not recommend it at all. I have many other Bluetooth earphones and all of them i can walk away even 30 feet from my phone and with this Galaxy Pro ear bugs if I put my phone in my back packet i lose signal. Very annoying.

    BROKE in just a few months!

    These pods were purchased 10/29/21 and one is defective no longer working at full charge by 1/18/22. I called best buy and they told me nothing they can do, any returns expired 48 hours ago so I do not qualify. Now I have to contact manufacturer directly. Not a big deal but poor customer service for BestBuy. Apple product still working 1 year later!

    Crap. Randomly one ear would cut out, and that's when they'd stay in. Going back to my 2 year old Samsung buds that worked much better in both regards.
