Bluetooth reception

I have many other Bluetooth earphones and all of them i can walk away even 30 feet from my phone and with this Galaxy Pro ear bugs if I put my phone in my back packet i lose signal. Very annoying.

BROKE in just a few months!

I called best buy and they told me nothing they can do, any returns expired 48 hours ago so I do not qualify. Now I have to contact manufacturer directly. Not a big deal but poor customer service for BestBuy. Apple product still working 1 year later!

Bad buds.
