It is straight out of a Golden Girls episode and it reminds me of Blanche’s wallpaper! In a world filled with grey and silver tones of computer accessories I am loving this pop of color for my mobile work area. It was set up within seconds literally and no adjustments or extra software needed like other mice. I’m sure the battery will last a while but in case you’re wondering it is not re-chargeable. It is easy to pack and small enough for a small book bag.

No receiver or paperwork

What a terrible thing because when I opened it to get ready the only thing in the package was the mouse itself. There is no wireless receiver and no paperwork. Now I can't take it back because my account says I am out of the return dates. I still plan to take it to the store as it is useless without the receiver and I think it should be replaced or refunded.

Posted .Hi, sorry to see you're unable to locate the receiver to your Design Collections Wireless mouse. The receiver is located on the bottom of the mouse in the battery compartment! Once you find it, please plug it into an available open USB port on your computer to begin using it. Why not have a little fun while fulfilling function! I love the size of this mouse for use with my laptop and it is easily portable with a just right size. Twelve month battery life is great and the mouse functions smoothly. Nice value for those looking for a quality mouse with a unique look.

It is responsive like most Logitech input devices and is of good quality. This was a breeze to install on her computer, all I had to do was plug in the USB receiver into her computer, install a single battery and this mouse was ready to go. Had a good feel, was precise and did not induce any fatigue even with all day use.

Logitech support is ridiculous, and by that I mean not even responsive. DO NOT BUY. In fact, I would stay away from Logictech all together. I have 4 of there Circle 2 cameras, and Logictech support for these is also ridiculously poor.

If your mouse is not working, the problem is likely to be a lost connection. The connection between the mouse and Unifying USB receiver can be lost for several reasons. Make sure you have fresh batteries in your mouse and is turned on. Make sure the Unifying USB receiver is securely plugged directly into a working USB port on your computer. Turn your computer on. Finally, download the correct version of Logitech SetPoint mouse and keyboard software. If you need further assistance, please contact Logitech support on the website.
