The earcups are much smaller in comparison to my 9x. After connecting to my elite 2 and pulling down the mic it still wouldnt activate the mic. So i just boxed it back up and returned it.

The biggest downside to this headset is that unlike the original gen 1 astros these tend to echo often. Most of the time the echo just happens when you have it to loud but if you know how to use the settings shouldnt be an issue!
