Hesitate to buy this product

LG takes too long to repair. BestBuy returns were the fastest way to get service.

I have had some issues with sound crackling at times and had to turn off and back on to fix issue. Other than that it has been a great addition to my entertainment area.

Even though my setup is in an angle, the sound is great. Plugged a Roku stream bar to the tv first and it wasn't great. Plug it to the sound bar and Netflix shows sound much better. Price new was a bit much more that i wanted to pay, so I got an open box and nothing was missing. I wish the surround speakers had better way to hook up to my speakers stand. Only 1 hole for that.

I have never had to put the volume above 20, and the times I've had, just to test it, really blew me away! I would recommend this speaker system to anyone who wants to dive into a better sound experience than just a soundbar.

I went to the store looking for a small speaker combo that would work for the space I had my TV in. This was a complete surprise how much I got for this combo set. It’s has big sound it was not ready for. I am thinking of buying a few more sets to replace some of the other “big” combos I thought were pretty good. I recommend this combo!

The Dolby Atmos is there and its sounds good! all the sounds play crisp and clear, i cant complain i recommend this.
