    A week after purchasing in the middle of a call the person wasn’t able to hear me. I tried to return to Best Buy where I purchased basically told me that the return date had expired and that has been their policy for 5yrs. So I had to contact apple and send it to them to inspect and figure out what the problem with the earbuds. Now I have to wait and see if apple will replace or repair the problem with these new earbuds.

    These are the best beats available in my opinion and I’ve purchased every single variation of them. These read your notifications to u while you are listening. This particular pair had an issue that I’ll hopefully be replaced because I don’t do renewed or refirbished and they were just———- bought last Thursday.

    By Far the worst headphones I have ever purchased. I only used them twice and both times the person either couldn't hear me or I sounded muffled. I ended up taking them back due to this issue. There was no point in keeping them if I couldn't be heard. They also fell out of my ears the two times I did wear them and try to talk on them. I have another pair of beats that I love but these were crap.

    They're great, just falls out of my ear easily. They also don't connect as fast, sometimes loses it's connections. DOES NOT CONNECT TO STEAM DECK if you are wondering.
