Have not been a year yet and already the microphone barely works and it makes a weird sound when they are in the case, would not recommend and save your money and get the Apple AirPods

Good for listening to music or watching something but when it comes to talking no one can hear you keep going back to my other beats

These ear buds are horrible!!!! I’m very disappointed in them. The mic stopped working after just four months. I tried to get them fixed and they said there was physical damage to the mesh in the bud. We never touched the mesh! They were only four months old!!!! Nothing should be wrong with them for as much as we paid for them. So to get them fixed we have to pay for that?! Ridiculous! I feel they made up an excuse that the mesh was damaged. So annoyed!

Sound quality amazing BUT after owning for 24 hours unable to charge the case. The battery percentage has not moved from 52 percent.

Good fit but the sound is atrocious. I have a pair of JLab’s that absolutely blow these overprice steaming piles of dung out of the water. Do not waste your $$$. Beats should be embarrassed!!

This Bluetooth is handy. It fits well in the ears. However the battery life is not what it claims to be. I don’t really like them they die fast

Dont really work well with samsung, also they fall out of the air when using them for a period of time

Does not stay in ear , this has been the worse buy ever , the Fit pro is way better even tho it hurts my ear after a while , this one is the worse beats ever made , do not waste your money…

Do not buy these. They stop working a month and a 1/2 after I bought them and I did not get Geek Squad protection. And I did not expect anything like that to happen from Best Buy. So now I have a 179$ dollar pair of earbuds that dont work. Best buy may lose me as a customer.

I really liked the aesthetics of these, but their beats has more work to do in the noise cancellation department. Also they fit a but weird, and the way they fit in the case makes it a little difficult to take out

Save yourself some time and wait until the apples AirPods Pro are on sale. These are horrible, I just read, and I have experiencing cut outs constantly calls or dropped constantly and the worst part it is is it when you’re pulling them out of your ear you accidentally press the button, and unless they go back into the case they will still be considered on. They do not have an ear detection, which I truly like second they’re very hard to get out of the case I have arthritis in my hands and fingers don’t move very good, but the grip them to get out of the case is very hard.

Ever since my first purchase for some reason they cut out. I thought it would automatically correct itself but it has been a problem since I left the store.

Listening to music theses are great, but on calls people could not clearly hear my voice.

Always lose wifi connection and had to download almost every time I used them took them back and bought a different pair

Sound quality ok but noise cancellation is terrible. When on a phone call in a busy environment the person on the other end struggles to hear you. It has no app to adjust settings etc.

Cant adust volune with just one on. I mount my phone while driving and im only allowed to adjust the vume with the mounted phone. Horrible utility

In less than a year I needed to do a warranty claim and they wanted to charge my card the price of the replacement in case I don’t send them original ones in

Not worth the hype, im a fan of the over ear phones, but for the price point there is plenty of lower price earbuds that offer better sound quality.

I purchased these of course for the name alone thinking they would be great. They simply weren't loud enough, ended up taking them back to the store
