They work great noise canceling is really good and they dont fall off

I use these almost every day since purchasing. Mostly use for phone calls and some music/youtube. For calls, I usually only use one earbud and they work great. I find them comfortable and the transparent exterior is really cool.

Very pleased with sound quality for music. The best part is when using for phone calls, it blocks out background noise, I can be in loud areas or doing noisy tasks and the person I’m talking with isn’t bothered

These wireless headphones are amazing overall. The sound quality for music is not a powerful as the previous model. This model lacks the heavy bass of the previous model. However, the voice quality on the headphones are next level. The noise cancellation feature has new technology that block out all background noise.

Love the transparency look. Good sound quality. Not a good headphone for phone calls. People I called always had a issue hearing me. Recommend using only for music.

It’s great for music not so much for phone calls, I always get complaints I sound like I’m in water or that there’s an echo but far as listening to music it’s superb

I think they are quite great given that they have the same painless connectivity as regular Airpods, and they appear to follow a similar design; just an Airpod without the stem. Single finger earbud clicks are possible now due to that design choice. Sound quality is subjective, but personally the Beats were muddy/less clear than the airpods. The noise cancelling seemed about the same, only difference between Airpods might be due to the actual seal in my ear canal, rather than the noise cancelling feature itself. Overall 6.5-7.0/10.

I had a bad experience. This product has given me nothing but problems since I bought it. I have taken this set to the Apple Store three times now. At this point, I’m ready to cut my losses. They are easy enough to use, but the microphone just cuts out at will during phone calls. I have to switch my phone’s audio output to get the microphone to reset. There is also the issue where the audio gets progressively more distorted while watching YouTube and actively using another app simultaneously. It clears up (temporarily) when I take YouTube back to full screen. These headphones have been utter trash. Support has been lacking. I’m almost certain that I may have been sold a counterfeit. Never have I ever had such a terrible ownership experience as I have with these Beats Studio buds+. I even suggested that Apple send me a different color pair so that I know they have been exchanged, but no cigar. Best Buy has been no help either since the problem showed itself just outside the return window. As long as the warranty is good, I guess I will just keep returning them to Apple for repairs that don’t solve my problem.
