The battery out of the box lasted about 15 min and now doesn't last at all. you have to keep it plugged in all the time. it is a pretty fast computer and works well plugged in. I received an update from windows and now it doesn't work at all. you cant down load any files or use any that are on the computer. it is worthless now. do not recommend this computer at all. was happy for about a month but that changed quickly. I'm going to have to pay to get it fixed and it is only less then 3 months old.

WORST COMPUTER

It crashes constantly and restarts,has a line in the middle of the screen, and overheats constantly. I can't even run Roblox on this gaming computer. DO NOT BUY!

Dead after 26 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Motherboard died after 26 months. No support from HP. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY HP PRODUCT. This is a known issue with motherboards in the Victus laptops. Look it up. They don't offer repair, replacements, or anything.
